Subcustodian will supply Custodian with such statements regarding the Account as Custodian may request, including the identity and location of any Eligible Depository authorized and acting hereunder. In addition, Subcustodian will supply Custodian an advice or notification of any transfers of Securities to or from the Account indicating, as to Securities acquired for the Account, if applicable, the Eligible Depository having physical possession of such Securities.
