Statements to the Certificateholder and Noteholders. (a) On the second Business Day preceding each Payment Date, the Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee (with a copy to the Rating Agencies) and to the Owner Trustee for the Owner Trustee to forward to the Certificateholder of record a statement substantially in the form of Schedule E setting forth at least the following information as to the Notes and the Certificate to the extent applicable:
