STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING a) When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR shall be available to administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASPP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram, and California English Language Development Test (“CELDT”or alternate CELDT), as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX pursuant to LEA and state and federal guidelines. In the event the LEA requests that the NPS administer the assessments, NPS staff will be trained by a contracting LEA in the administration of all State-wide assessments in accordance with the guidelines of Ed Code 56385. Verification of training will be maintained with CONTRACTOR.
b) NPS CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested, as determined by the student’s IEP, by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. Contractor shall report the test results to the CDE as required by Education Code section 56366(a)(8)(A). Test results shall be made available to the CONTRACTOR by the LEA, if the results are not sent to the CONTRACTOR by the test publisher or CDE.
c) LEA shall provide NPS with the SSID for each LEA student. XXX shall cooperate with CONTRACTOR to accommodate CONTRACTOR’s testing window. (Education Code Section 56366(a)(8)(B))

When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASPP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram, , the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”), and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by LEA pursuant to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING. When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR shall, in accordance with Education Code section 60640 et. seq. administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA- authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram, and the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”), as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX pursuant to LEA guidelines as well as state and federal laws and regulations, unless XXX notifies CONTRACTOR that it will administer such Statewide assessments. When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’s qualified staff; CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX. Contractor shall report the test results to the CDE as required by Education Code section 56366(a)(8)(A). Where CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR shall administer all statewide achievement tests as mandated by the LEA and pursuant to the LEA guidelines, as well as state and federal laws and regulations, unless XXX notifies CONTRACTOR that it will administer such assessments.

27.2 CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. CONTRACTOR shall provide test administration by CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff in accordance with LEA test administration protocols. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING. When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASPP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram, the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”), the Alternative English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“Alternative ELPAC”), and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to XXX and state and federal guidelines. XXX must provide CONTRACTOR with all test protocol materials, and test administration training, for CONTRACTOR’s qualified staff necessary to help fulfill LEA assessment requirements. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING. DOS shall administer all Statewide assessments, including, but not limited to, the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASPP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), Physical Fitness Testing (“PFT”), and the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”). DOS staff will not encourage parents/guardians to waive their child’s participation in these assessments. Students will not typically be accepted during the DOS assessment window period unless DOR has completed the required assessments.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. LEA shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
