Static Security Assessments. 3.7.1.1 Security assessments are carried out once per annum. 3.7.1.2 Additional assessments can be carried out if requested by the Customer. These additional assessments will be chargeable. 3.7.1.3 Security assessments require time and effort from both Parties. If the Customer is unable to dedicate time and effort to the completion of the assessment, EPX will not provide the security assessment as part of the agreement, this will not affect Charges. 3.7.1.4 If a security assessment is not able to be carried out for any reason, EPX will not be held liable for any breaches which would have be highlighted within this assessment. 3.7.1.5 Security assessments provide a high-level overview of your security position and as such it can’t guarantee to cover all aspects of security in significant detail. Additional consultancy services can be requested by the Customer that will provide a more in-depth, comprehensive report.
