Common use of Station Assets Clause in Contracts

Station Assets. The Station Assets include all assets and properties, and all leases, licenses and other agreements, which are necessary to permit Buyer to carry on, or are currently used or held for use in, the business of the Stations as presently conducted, except for the Excluded Assets.

Except for finance, accounting, tax, legal, human resources and other corporate services provided to the Business by Clear Channel Communications, Inc. and its Affiliates and listed on Schedule 1.2(s), the Station Assets are sufficient for the operation of the Stations in the ordinary course of business, as conducted by Seller as of the date of this Agreement.
