Station Place Garage Spaces. Subject to bond covenants and execution of a Parking Agreement between Agency and Redeveloper, Agency shall make available to Redeveloper up to 150 spaces that will be reserved, unmarked and undesignated in the Station Place Garage, at then current monthly rate. The Parking Agreement will be for a term of ten years and will require a reassessment by both parties after five years. The parties agree to exercise diligence and good faith in the negotiation of the Parking Agreement.
