STATION SUPPLY FOR BATTALION CHIEFS. Effective within 90 days after adoption of the MOU by the Board of Directors, ACFD shall review all ACFD fire stations to determine whether to repair existing and/or install new washers and dryers. The ACFD’s review and determination shall be at the discretion of the Fire Chief and shall be made in compliance with California Code of Regulations. Upon completion of the ACFD’s review of either the repair of existing or installation of new washers and dryers, the following subsections shall be in effect:
