STATUS AFTER WITHDRAWAL. (a) A Person who is permitted or required to resign or withdraw as a Member or Assignee pursuant to this Agreement shall have no rights against the Company; provided, however, that this Section 6.8(a) shall not be construed to limit a former Member’s or Assignee’s right (subject to the limitations contained in Articles IX and XII) to bring any Proceeding against the Company, any Managing Member Associate or any Liquidating Trustee Associate.
