Status and Location. Lessee will not, without giving Lessor at least (thirty) 30 days’ prior written notice (in accordance with this Agreement), change its name, organizational status or location (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Organization).
Status and Location. Owner shall maintain its legal existence in its jurisdictions of organization with authority to transact business in the State of Connecticut.
