Status as ELIXIR Node Sample Clauses

Status as ELIXIR Node. Upon its acceptance, the successful Node Applicant shall conclude a Collaboration Agreement with the EMBL, acting on behalf of the ELIXIR Hub. By signing the Collaboration Agreement the Node Applicant shall become an ELIXIR Node. The details of the Collaboration Agreement shall be determined by the ELIXIR Director, who shall take into account observations of the ELIXIR Node Applicant, and shall be subject to final approval by the ELIXIR Board.
