Common use of Status as Holder of Shares Clause in Contracts

Status as Holder of Shares. Upon receipt of this Warrant by the company following any exercise by the Holder, the Holder shall be deemed to be the holder of record of the Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise, notwithstanding that the transfer books of the Company may then be closed or that certificates representing the Warrant Shares may not have been prepared or actually delivered to the Holder.
