Status Certifcates. At any time, and from time to time, upon request from the other, Lessee and Lessor shall furnish to the other, within ten (10) Business Days' after receipt of such request, an Offcer's Certificate certifying that this Lease is unmodified and in full force and effect (or that this Lease is in full force and effect as modified and setting forth the modifcations) and the dates to which the Rent has been paid. Any Officer's Certificate furnished pursuant to this Section at the request of Lessor shall be addressed to any prospective purchaser or mortgagee of the Leased Property as Lessor may request and may be relied upon by Lessor and any such prospective purchaser or moitgagee ofthe Leased Property.
