Common use of Status Certificates Clause in Contracts

Status Certificates. At any time, and from time to time, upon request from the Lessor, the Lessee shall furnish to the Lessor, within ten (10) Business Days' after receipt of such request, an Officer's Certificate certifying that this Lease is unmodified and in full force and effect (or that this Lease is in full force and effect as modified and setting forth the modifications) and the dates to which the Rent has been paid. Any Officer's Certificate furnished pursuant to this Section shall be addressed to any prospective purchaser or mortgagee of the Leased Property as the Lessor may request and may be relied upon by the Lessor and any such prospective purchaser or Fee Mortgagee.
