Status of Agreement after Termination. Upon any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.1, this Agreement shall become void and shall have no effect, except for those obligations in Sections 5.3, 5.4, 6.3, 6.8 and 10.4, each which shall survive the termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.
