STATUS OF AGREEMENT AND JOB SECURITY. 3.1 It is expressly understood and agreed that when this Agreement is accepted by the parties and signed by their authorized representatives, it will supersede any and all agreements and letters of agreement not negotiated in or out by the Company or Union dated prior to the effective date hereof executed between this Company and the Union affecting the crafts or classes of employees covered by this Agreement. Letters of Agreement in effect as of the date of this Agreement are included in this contract booklet immediately following Classification Wage Scales.
