Status of Capital Contributions. (a) No Member shall receive any interest, salary or drawing with respect to its Capital Contributions or its Capital Account, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement. (b) No Member shall be required to lend any funds to the Company or to make any additional Capital Contributions to the Company. No Member shall have any personal liability for the repayment of any Capital Contribution of any other Member.
