Common use of Status of Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

Status of Capital Contributions. Except as provided in this Agreement, no Member shall be entitled to the return of its Capital Contributions. No return of a Member's Capital Contributions shall be made hereunder if such distribution would violate applicable state law. Under circumstances requiring a return of any Capital Contribution, no Member shall have the right to demand or receive property other than cash, except as may be specifically provided in this Agreement.
