Common use of Status of Converted Debt Clause in Contracts

Status of Converted Debt. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, upon the effectiveness of the conversion of any Associated Debt pursuant to and in accordance with the rights set forth in this Section 2.3, such Associated Debt will deemed to have been paid in full and no longer outstanding.

Status of Converted Debt.
