Common use of Status of Documents Clause in Contracts

Status of Documents. Each of (a) the Organizational Documents, (b) the Construction Contract, (c) the Design Professional’s Contract, (d) the Civil Engineer’s Contract and (e) all other Project Documents is in full force and effect and free from any default on the part of Owner which would have a Material Adverse Effect. Such documents are hereinafter sometimes collectively called the “Basic Agreements”. Borrower has provided Lender with true, correct and complete copies of the Basic Agreements.
