Status of Equipment. The Equipment, fixtures and other tangible personal property forming a part of the Collateral are in good repair and condition and are adequate for the normal operation of the Collateral in accordance with prudent industry standards; all of such Collateral is located on the Mineral Properties, except for that portion thereof which is located elsewhere (including that usually located on the Mineral Properties but now temporarily located elsewhere) in the course of the normal operation of the Mineral Properties.
