Common use of Status of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Status of Guarantee. The obligations of the Guarantor under the Guarantee constitute unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Guarantor and shall at all times rank pari passu and without any preference among themselves and (with the exception of obligations in respect of national and local taxes and certain other statutory exceptions and subject as aforesaid) at least equally with all its other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations.

Status of Guarantee. The payment obligations of the Guarantor under the this Guarantee constitute direct, unconditional and (subject to clause 5 below) unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Guarantor and shall at all times rank pari passu and without any preference among themselves and (with the exception of obligations in respect of national and local taxes and certain other statutory exceptions and subject as aforesaid) at least equally rank and will rank pari passu with all its other present and future outstanding unsecured and unsubordinated obligationsindebtedness and monetary obligations of the Guarantor, present or future, including those in respect of deposits (other than obligations preferred by law).

Status of Guarantee. The obligations of the Guarantor under the this Guarantee constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and (subject to the provisions of Condition 3) unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Guarantor and shall at all times rank pari passu and without any preference among themselves and (with the exception of save for certain obligations in respect of national and local taxes and certain other statutory exceptions and subject as aforesaidrequired to be preferred by law) at least equally with all its other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the Guarantor, from time to time outstanding.

The obligations of the Guarantor under the Guarantee constitute (subject to Condition 3 below) unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the Guarantor and shall at all times rank pari passu and without any preference among themselves and (with the exception of obligations in respect of national and local taxes and certain other statutory exceptions and subject as aforesaid) at least equally with all its other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations.
