Common use of Status of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Status of Loan Documents. This Amendment is limited solely for the purposes and to the extent expressly set forth herein and nothing herein expressed or implied shall constitute an amendment or waiver of any other term, provision or condition of the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document. Except as expressly amended hereby, the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect.

Except and, except as expressly consented to and amended hereby, the terms terms, provisions and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effecteffect and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects; and (b) No consent, amendment or waiver of any terms or provisions of the Credit Agreement made hereunder shall relieve the Borrower or any other Loan Party from complying with any other term or provision of the Credit Agreement or the other Loan Documents.
