Status of Loan Documents. Borrowers further agree that (a) all terms and conditions of the Loan Documents, including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement, Security Agreement, Open-end Mortgage and Open End Leasehold Mortgage described in the Recitals, remain in full force and effect, except as expressly modified by the terms of this Agreement and (b) this Agreement constitutes a Loan Document.
