The respective obligations of the Credit Parties in respect of the Reimbursement Obligations and all other Obligations under this Agreement, respectively, constitute senior, unsubordinated, unsecured, direct obligations of such Credit Parties and rank pari passu with such Credit Parties’ other senior, unsubordinated, unsecured obligations.
