Common use of Status of Participants Clause in Contracts

Status of Participants. Neither the establishment of the Plan and the Trust or any modification thereof, nor the creation of any fund or account, nor the payment of any benefits, shall be construed as giving to any Participant or other person any legal or equitable right against the Employer or the Trustee, and in no event shall the terms of employment of any Employee or Participant be modified or in any way be affected hereby.

Status of Participants. Neither the establishment of the Plan and the Trust or Custodial Account nor any modification thereof, nor the creation of any fund or account, nor the payment of any benefits, shall be construed as giving to any Participant or other person any legal or equitable right against the Employer or the TrusteeCustodian, except as provided herein or by law; and in no event shall the terms of employment of any Employee or Participant be modified or in any way be affected hereby.
