Common use of Status of Reacquired Shares Clause in Contracts

Status of Reacquired Shares. If shares of Class B Preferred Stock are redeemed pursuant to Section 6.6 hereof, the shares so redeemed shall, upon compliance with any statutory requirements, assume the status of authorized but unissued shares of Preferred Stock of the Corporation, but may not be reissued as Class B Preferred Stock.

Status of Reacquired Shares. If shares of Class B Convertible Preferred Stock Shares are converted pursuant to Section 6 hereof or redeemed pursuant to Section 6.6 7 hereof, the shares so converted or redeemed shall, upon compliance with any statutory requirements, assume the status of authorized but unissued shares of Preferred Stock preferred stock of the Corporation, but may not be reissued as Class B Convertible Preferred StockShares. 10.
