Common use of Status of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Status of Receivables. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless disposed of or assigned by the Servicer or the Collateral Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including pursuant to Section 9.2), each Purchaser’s interest in an Asset Portfolio and the Lease Contracts shall remain subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including the provisions relating to the re-conveyance of Receivables to the Sellers or the Servicer, notwithstanding any sale or assignment of such interest by such Purchaser.

Status of Receivables.
