Common use of Status of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Status of Receivables. Each Receivable reflected in the computations included in any Borrowing Base Certificate meets the criteria enumerated in the definition of Eligible Receivables, except as disclosed in such Borrowing Base Certificate or as disclosed in a timely manner in a subsequent Borrowing Base Certificate or otherwise in writing to the Agent.

Status of Receivables. Each Receivable reflected in the computations included in any Borrowing Base Certificate meets the criteria enumerated in the definition of Eligible ReceivablesReceivables (or Eligible Export Receivables as the case may be), except as disclosed in such Borrowing Base Certificate or as disclosed in a timely manner in a subsequent Borrowing Base Certificate or otherwise in writing to the AgentLender.

Status of Receivables. Each Receivable reflected in the computations included in any Borrowing Base Certificate meets the criteria enumerated in CLAUSES (a) through (o) of the definition of Eligible Receivables, except as disclosed in such Borrowing Base Certificate or as disclosed in a timely manner in a subsequent Borrowing Base Certificate or otherwise in writing to the AgentLender.
