Common use of Status of Redeemed Shares Clause in Contracts

Status of Redeemed Shares. Shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed in accordance with this Section 7, shall return to the status of and constitute authorized but unissued shares of Preferred Stock, without classification as to series until such shares are once more classified as a particular series by the Board pursuant to the provisions of the Certificate.

Status of Redeemed Shares. Shares Any shares of Series A D Preferred Stock which shall at any time have been redeemed in accordance with pursuant to this Section 75 shall, shall return to after such redemption, have the status of and constitute authorized but unissued shares of Preferred Stock, without classification designation as to series until such shares are once more classified as a particular series by the Board pursuant to the provisions of the Certificateseries.
