Status of Tensar Holdings. All contracts, agreements and intellectual property owned by Tensar Holdings as of the Effective Date are set forth on Annex 29 to this Schedule 2. As of the Effective Date, Tensar Holdings has no liabilities other than those permitted by Section 1.08 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
