Status of Units Held by the Trustee. Units held by the Trustee shall be issued and outstanding Units of the Company. The Prohibited Owner shall have no rights in the Units held by the Trustee. The Prohibited Owner shall not benefit economically from ownership of any Units held in trust by the Trustee, shall have no rights to dividends or other distributions and shall not possess any rights to vote or other rights attributable to the Units held in the Trust. The Prohibited Owner shall have no claim, cause of action or other recourse whatsoever against the purported transferor of such Units.
