Status of XXXX Supplier. In order to meet AEP Ohio’s service obligations under Legal Authorities, it is the intent of the Parties (a) that the XXXX Supplier shall be deemed a LSE for the duration of the Delivery Period pursuant to the PJM Agreements and Legal Authorities, and (b) that the XXXX Supplier shall be certified by the PUCO as a Competitive Retail Electric Service Provider and registered in AEP Ohio’s service territory.
