Common use of Status, Priority and Security Clause in Contracts

Status, Priority and Security. (A) Status The Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class M Notes and the Class C Notes are direct, secured and unconditional obligations of the Current Issuer and are all secured by the same security. Payments on each class of Notes will be made equally amongst all Notes of that class.
