Common use of Status Statement Clause in Contracts

Status Statement. Within ten (10) days after request therefor by the Landlord, or in the event of any sale, assignment, lease or mortgage of the Premises or the Market, the Tenant agrees to execute and deliver, in a form supplied by the Landlord, a certificate to any proposed mortgagee or purchaser or to the Landlord, certifying (if such be the case) that this Lease is in full force and effect and that there are no deficiencies or set-offs thereto, or stating those claimed by the Tenant.

Status Statement. Within ten (10) days after request therefor by the Landlord, or in the event of that upon any sale, assignment, lease or mortgage of the Premises or the MarketLeased Premises, the Tenant agrees to execute and deliver, deliver in a form supplied by the Landlord, Landlord a certificate to any proposed mortgagee or purchaser purchaser, or to the Landlord, Landlord certifying (if such be the case) that this Lease is in full force and effect and that there are no deficiencies defenses or set-offs thereto, or stating those claimed by the Tenant.
