Common use of Status Statement Clause in Contracts

Status Statement. Within ten (10) business days after written request therefor by the Landlord or upon any sale, assignment, lease or mortgage of the Leased Premises or the Property by the Landlord, the Tenant hereby covenants and agrees to deliver in the form supplied by the Landlord and to such person as may be designated by the Landlord a certificate stating (if such be the case) that:
