Status under Sanctions Clause Samples
Status under Sanctions. None of the Borrowers or their Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of any Borrower or such Subsidiary, any director, officer, employee, agent, affiliate or representative thereof, is or is owned or controlled by any individual or entity that is currently the subject or target of any Sanction or is located, organized or resident in a Designated Jurisdiction.
Status under Sanctions. None of Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries, nor any director, officer or employee of Purchaser or its Subsidiaries, is (a) a Sanctioned Person; or (b) located, organized or resident in a Sanctioned Country.
