Status Updates in the Territory. Each Party shall provide the JSC with reports detailing its respective Development Activities under the Development Plan and the results thereof at least five (5) business days prior to any JSC meeting, but in any event, on at least a calendar quarter basis. Without limiting the foregoing, each Party shall promptly, but in any event within five (5) business days after receipt thereof, provide to the other Party copies of any material documents or correspondence received from any Regulatory Authority related to Development Activities.
