Common use of Statutory and Material Contract References Clause in Contracts

Statutory and Material Contract References. Any reference in this Agreement to any act or statute or regulation (including any regulation of any Governmental Authority), or to any section of or any definition in any act, statute or regulation (including any regulation of any Governmental Authority), will be deemed to be a reference to such act, statute or regulation (including any regulation of any Governmental Authority) or section or definition as amended, supplemented, substituted, replaced or re - enacted from time to time. Any reference in this Agreement to an agreement, indenture, debenture or contract (including without limitation a Material Contract) will be deemed to be a reference to such document as supplemented, amended, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, references to the Senior Credit Agreement or any of the Senior Credit Documents shall not include any references to any refinancings or replacements thereof (unless such refinancing or replacement thereof is expressly permitted by Section 8.04(26) ).
