Common use of Statutory and Other References Clause in Contracts

Statutory and Other References. Terms defined in the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario) (as amended from time to time, the “PPSA”) and used in this Security Agreement have the same meanings. Any reference to the “STA” is a reference to the Securities Transfer Act, 2006 (Ontario) or, to the extent applicable, similar legislation of any other jurisdiction, as amended from time to time. Where a reference is made to the Agent, it includes, as applicable, any nominee appointed by the Agent to hold or otherwise take possession of the Collateral.
