Statutory and Rule Predicates. The statutory and other legal predicates for the relief requested in the Motion and for the approvals and authorizations set forth herein are sections 105(a) and 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rules 2002, 6004, 9007, 9008 and 9014, Local Rules 2002-1, 6004-1, 9006-1 and 9013-1 and the Guidelines for the Conduct of Asset Sales, adopted by General Order M-331, dated September 5, 2006, as amended by General Order M-383, dated November 18, 2009, and as updated on June 17, 2013 (the “Sale Guidelines”).
