Statutory Compliances. The Service Provider shall be solely liable for Statutory Compliance in respect of all applicable laws of land (as amended/replaced from time to time) which interalia includes Central/State Labour laws and Regulations/Rules made thereunder including but not limited to Compliance of provisions of Minimum Wages, Provident Fund, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act, Contract Labor (Abolition and Regulation) Act etc. The Service Provider shall be solely responsible for maintenance of records and filing of various forms/ returns prescribed under all applicable Central/State Labour laws and Regulations/Rules made thereunder in respect of Workmen employed by it. The Service Provider must obtain a valid license issued by the competent designated statutory authority, under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act and the Rules framed there under. The Service Provider shall provide certificate regarding compliances on monthly basis to the satisfaction of Company.
Statutory Compliances. Maintain all the statutory compliances applicable as per the law of land including all the statutory payment.
Statutory Compliances. Agilent requires the Seller to provide proof of compliance of all applicable Statutes and Regulations at the time of issuing this Order or at the time submission of invoice or at such other time as Agilent requires. Seller understands that compliance of this provision is a continuous obligation. Statutory Compliances. The Seller shall adhere to all the statutory compliances under all the labour and employment laws as may be applicable from time to time and any other Acts, Ordinances, Rules, Regulations and directives which may be applicable from time to time, which impact/ affect the goods or services under this Purchase Order, or, its production as such.
Statutory Compliances. The contractor shall undertake the Detailed Exploration of [Name of Mineral] block/area of CGM under strict compliance of all related Acts / Rules /Regulations / Circulars / Bye-laws / Notifications/ Orders/ Notices / Guidelines/ Directions and amendments. The indicative list of laws governing the mining operations in India are given below. As the laws and statues listed below are not exhaustive, contractor shall obtain independent legal advice with regard to compliance to all applicable laws :-
i. The Mines & Minerals (Development and Regulation) Xxx 0000.
ii. The Mineral Conservation and Development Rules, 2017
iii. The Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
iv. Gujarat Minor Mineral Concession Rules 2017 v. Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000.
Statutory Compliances. All statutory permission/compliance required for Lessee's business shall be the sole responsibility of the Lessee. The Lessee shall obtain all requisite licenses, permits, permissions, approvals, sanctions etc. from the authorities concerned from time to time, as required for the running, management and operation of retail outlets at the demised premises and conduct of its business. The Lessee shall always keep the Lessor harmless and indemnified from any claims, penalties, proceedings - civil or criminal, raised/instituted by the said authorities and/or the - Lessee's customers, employees, workmen, etc. in connection with the business of the Lessee at the demised premises.
Statutory Compliances. The parties shall, as may be relevant, apply for and obtain, at its own expense, all licenses, permits, consents and authorizations required by the laws in force in order to perform under this Agreement. ICW hereby acknowledges being exclusively responsible for full compliance with the above licenses, permits, consents and/or authorizations. Non‑compliance with these obligations shall be a termination event in favor of ItzCash/IFTSPL. The ICW hereby undertakes to observe and comply with all laws, orders, rules, regulations and other legal requirements and notifications in force from time to time.
Statutory Compliances. (a) Service Provider shall obtain all registration(s)/permission(s)/license(s) etc.which are/may by required under any labour or other legislations(s) for providing the services under this agreement.
(b) It shall be the Service Provider's responsibility to ensure compliance of all the Central and State Government Rules and Regulations with regard to the provisions of the services under this agreement. The Service Provider indemnifies and shall always keep PSTCL indemnified against all losses, damages, claims actions taken against PSTCL by any authority/office in this regard.
(c) The Service Provider undertakes to comply with the applicable provisions of all welfare legislations and more particularly with the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Xxx, 0000, if applicable, for carrying out the purpose of this agreement. The Service Provider shall further observe and comply with the Government laws concerning employment of staff employed by the Service Provider and shall duly pay all sums of money to such staff as may be required to be paid under such laws. It is expressly understood that the Service Provider is fully responsible to ascertain and understand the applicability of various Acts, and take necessary action to comply with the requirements of law.
(d) The Service Provider shall give an undertaking by the 20th of each month in favour of the Department that he has complied with all his statutory obligations.
Statutory Compliances. BEE and PFI agree that all services rendered and operations conducted pursuant to this MoU shall be in compliance with all legislations, statutes, ordinances, regulations, administrative rulings or requirements of law.
Statutory Compliances. The COMPANY and the DISTRICT CHANNEL PARTNER (DISTRICT NAME (BIHAR))shall, as may be relevant, apply for and obtain, at their own costs, all licenses, permits, consents, and authorization required by the laws in force from time to time in order to perform under this Agreement. The DISTRICT CHANNEL PARTNER District Name (Bihar) hereby acknowledges being responsible for full compliance with the above licenses, permits, consents and / or authorizations. Non – compliance with this obligation shall be a termination event in favor of the COMPANY. The DISTRICT CHANNEL PARTNER District Name (Bihar) hereby undertakes to observe and comply with all laws, orders, rules, regulations and other legal requirements obligations as also notifications in force from time to time.
