Statutory Compliance. The Union and the Employer agree to cooperate fully in matters pertaining to the prevention of accidents and occupational disease and in the promotion of the health and safety of all employees. There shall be full compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations pertaining to the working environment.
Statutory Compliance. The Union and the Employer agree that regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act, the Factories Act, or any other statute of the Province of British Columbia pertaining to the working environment, shall be fully complied with. First aid kits shall be supplied in accordance with this clause.

Statutory Compliance. The Company shall exist under and be governed by, and this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, the applicable laws of the State of Delaware. The Member shall execute and file such documents as may be necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the business of the Company.
Statutory Compliance. The Employer and employees recognize the need for a safe and healthful workplace and agree to take appropriate measures in order that risks of accidents and/or occupational disease are reduced and/or eliminated. The Employer and the Union agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe working conditions, the prevention of accidents, the prevention of workplace injuries and industrial diseases and the promotion of safe working practices. There shall be full compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations pertaining to the working environment.
Statutory Compliance. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, statutes and policies applicable to the services provided under this Agreement as they exist now and as they are changed, amended or modified during the term of this Agreement.
Statutory Compliance. We have the right to change this Contract without the consent of any other person in order to comply with any laws and regulations that apply. Such right will include, but not be limited to, the right to conform this Contract to reflect requirements of the Code and Treasury regulations or published rulings of the Internal Revenue Service, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and regulations thereunder, and federal securities laws. The benefits and values available under this Contract will not be less than the minimum benefits required by any state law that applies.
Statutory Compliance. 9.1 This Contract will be construed and governed by the provisions of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations; and wherever any provision of the Contract or Contract Documents shall conflict with any provision or requirement of federal, state or local law or regulation, then the provisions of law and regulation shall control. Where applicable to the Contract, the provisions of General Laws are incorporated by reference into this Contract, including but not limited to the following: General Laws Chapter 30B: Procurement of Goods and Services. General Laws Chapter 30, Sec. 39, et seq: Public Works Contracts. General Laws Chapter 149, Sec. 44A, et seq: Public Buildings Contracts.
9.2 Wherever applicable law mandates the inclusion of any term and provision into a municipal contract, this Section shall be understood to import such term or provision into this Contract. To whatever extent any provision of this Contract shall be inconsistent with any law or regulation limiting the power or liability of cities and towns, such law or regulation shall control.
9.3 The Contractor shall give all notices and comply with all laws and regulations bearing on the performance of this Contract. If the Contractor performs the Contract in violation of any applicable law or regulation, the Contractor shall bear all costs arising there from.
9.4 The Contractor shall keep itself fully informed of all existing and future State and National Laws and Municipal Bylaw and regulations and of all orders and decrees of any bodies or tribunals having jurisdiction in any manner affecting those engaged or employed in the work, of the materials used in the work, or in any way affecting the conduct of the work, if any discrepancy or inconsistency is discovered in the Drawings, Specifications or Contract for this work in violation of any such law, by-law, regulation, order or decree, it shall forthwith report the same in writing to the Town. It shall, at all times, itself observe and comply with and shall cause all its agents, employees and Subcontractors to observe and comply will all such existing and future laws, by-laws, regulations, orders and decrees; and shall protect and indemnify the Town of West Springfield, and its duly appointed agents against any claim or liability arising from or based on any violation whether by him or its agents, employees or Subcontractors or any such law, by-law, regulation or decree.
Statutory Compliance. This Agreement and the Plan shall, to the extent possible, be interpreted and operated in a manner to avoid the application of Section 409A(a)(1) of the Code. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or the Plan to the contrary, the Committee shall be authorized to take any unilateral action, including the amendment of this Agreement and the Plan, that it deems necessary or desirable to avoid the application of or noncompliance with Section 409A of the Code; provided, however, that neither the Company, the Committee or any other officer, employee or agent shall have any liability to a Participant with respect to any amount paid or payable by the Participant by reason of the application or violation of Section 409A of the Code.
Statutory Compliance. The Borrower is in compliance with all federal, state, county and municipal laws, ordinances, rules or regulations applicable to it, its property or the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, those pertaining to or concerning the employment of labor, employee benefits, public health, safety and the environment.
