Statutory Conflicts Sample Clauses
The Statutory Conflicts clause establishes how the agreement will be interpreted and applied in the event that any of its provisions conflict with applicable laws or regulations. Typically, this clause specifies that if a term in the contract is found to be inconsistent with statutory requirements, the relevant law will take precedence, and the conflicting provision will be modified or disregarded to the extent necessary. This ensures that the contract remains enforceable and compliant with governing legal standards, thereby preventing the entire agreement from being invalidated due to a legal conflict.
