Common use of Statutory Funds Clause in Contracts

Statutory Funds. None of the Assets are subject to any liability to which Buyer may become obligated in respect of amounts received by Seller Group for the purchase or improvement of the Assets, the Facilities, or any part thereof under restricted or conditioned grants or donations, including monies received pursuant to the Xxxx-Xxxxxx Act, 42 U.S.C. §291 et. seq., or other Legal Requirements relating to health care facilities that remain unpaid or which impose any restrictions on the Facilities or the Assets.
