STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS AND APPLICABLE LAW. 2.10.1 This DPS Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any disputes arising out of or in connection with same.
