Statutory Registers. All registers, statutory books, books of account and other corporate records of any Group Company are maintained in accordance with applicable Law on a proper and consistent basis, contain complete and accurate records of all material matters required to be dealt with in such books and records, and have as required by Law attached to them copies of all such resolutions and agreements when filed.
