Statutory Structure of Payments; Statement of Benefit. Applicant agrees that, by entering into this Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 22, Title 15.2, Article 7.3 of the Virginia Code, the Payments are authorized by statute, and Applicant acknowledges that it is bound by law to make the Payments in accordance with this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is fair and mutually beneficial to both Parties. Applicant acknowledges that this Agreement provides for a reasonably predictable stream of future payments to the County in amounts fair to both Parties.
