Statutory Waivers. 2.1 Tenant hereby waives the provisions of Section 1950.7 of the California Civil Code, and all other provisions of Law, now or hereinafter in force, which restricts the amount or types of claim that a landlord may make upon a security deposit or imposes upon a landlord (or its successors) any obligation with respect to the handling or return of security deposits.
