Common use of Stay of Proceedings; Settlement Escrow Clause in Contracts

Stay of Proceedings; Settlement Escrow. Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, each of the Alfa Parties and their Affiliates and the Telenor Parties shall: (a) duly execute and cause to be delivered the Stay Documents to which they are parties in accordance with the Settlement Agreement; and (b) duly execute and deposit the Dismissal Documents to which they are parties with the Escrow Agent in accordance with the Settlement Agreement. The Dismissal Documents shall be held or filed, as applicable, by the Escrow Agent in accordance with the Settlement Escrow Agreement. The Escrow Agent shall hold and file the Dismissal Documents solely in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Escrow Agreement.
