Common use of Stay Relief Clause in Contracts

Stay Relief. The Bankruptcy Court shall enter an order or orders granting relief from the automatic stay applicable under Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code to the holder or holders of any security interest to (i) permit foreclosure (or the granting of a deed in lieu of foreclosure or the like) on any assets of any of the Debtors which have a value in excess of $50,000,000 in the aggregate or (ii) permit other actions that would have a Material Adverse Effect on the DIP Debtors or their estates (taken as a whole); or

Stay Relief. The Bankruptcy Court shall enter an order or orders granting relief from the automatic stay applicable under Section section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code to the holder or holders of any security interest to (i) permit foreclosure (or the granting of a deed in lieu of foreclosure or the like) on any assets of any of the Debtors which have a value in excess of $50,000,000 1,000,000 in the aggregate or (ii) permit other actions that would have a Material Adverse Effect on the DIP Debtors or their estates (taken as a whole); or

Stay Relief. The Bankruptcy Court shall enter an order or orders granting relief from the automatic stay applicable under Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code to the holder or holders of any security interest third party to (i) permit foreclosure (or the granting of a deed in lieu of foreclosure or the like) on any assets Collateral of any of the Debtors which have a value in excess of $50,000,000 in the aggregate or (ii) permit other actions that would have a Material Adverse Effect on the DIP Debtors or their estates (taken as a whole)aggregate; or
